HOW DOES THE DONATION RUN?

We advise you to eat before coming to donate blood. In any case, no need to come on an empty stomach! Come properly hydrated: plasma contains a lot of water… by donating your blood, you make your body thirsty… This is also a good reason to stay a few minutes after the collection and enjoy the drinks and snacks offered to you.

CONTRAINDICATIONS TO DONATION

Blood donation is a generous and altruistic act. The teams at the Blood Transfusion Center take particular care to ensure that this procedure is safe, both for the donor and the recipient. This is the reason why in a number of cases, it is unfortunately not possible to proceed with the collection.
