WHO CAN DONATE?
Anyone in good health who is at least 18 years old and weighs more than 50 kg can donate blood. However, contraindications may delay the moment you can donate. The first donation is to be made before the age of 60, and the last is to be made at the age of 65… It remains possible, after an interview with a Blood Transfusion Center doctor to obtain an exemption.

Donating blood saves lives and only takes a few minutes. But there are other ways to help the sick and injured who need a blood transfusion.
Where and when to give?
From Monday to Friday, you can give your blood in Luxembourg-city, on Monday and Tuesday in Esch-Belval, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in an external collection.
