Due to the public holidays on 25 and 26 December, which fall this year on a Thursday and a Friday, a higher risk to blood stocks — especially platelets — is expected. In order to anticipate this situation and ensure continuity of care, donor reception hours will be exceptionally adjusted at several sites.
The exceptional opening hours are as follows:
Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 December: the CTS and the Belval site will welcome donors until 6.30 pm (last donor admitted at 6.00 pm).
Wednesday 24 December: the CTS will close exceptionally at 4.30 pm (last donor admitted at 4.00 pm).
Friday, January 2: The apheresis service (by appointment) will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
